Shauna King, one of our talented Health Club at Low Wood Bay fitness instructors,  loves a challenge and entered the Great North Swim just two weeks before competition day. She signed up for the 1 mile event, competing against approximately 3,000 people. Low Wood Health Club introduces this year’s Top Fitness Trend

Many are tipping it as the top fitness trend for 2017, so the team from Low Wood Bay Health Club made sure they checked it out earlier in the year. Floatfit® HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a full body workout which takes place on water. The team loved it so much, they are bringing it to Low Wood Bay, and Fitness Instructor, Shauna King, tells us a bit more about what we can expect.
