We are planning a special summer garden party for 60 community champions in Cumbria and North Lancashire, and would like our local community to get involved.
Broadcaster Eric Robson will host the event at Low Wood Bay on the shores of Windermere to celebrate our 60th anniversary.
Anyone can nominate someone they feel deserves special recognition for the work they do in the local community.
The community champions could be carers, volunteers in local hospitals, those who give up their time to run local youth groups or people who help protect the environment.
