the same in business as they are in sport. It’s always about people; the way we think and the way we support each other. I’ve just carried those principles I learned from the world of sport and adapted them for the world of work”.

Onesimus helps companies define what really matter to them and supports their leadership teams cope with the complexity of change. Global SCS committed to their people and were determined to become ‘People Pioneers’. This means supporting, developing and inspiring their people to succeed both personally and professionally. Sometimes that means challenging the status quo and cultural assumptions, but the payback in terms of long-term investment in people is huge.
